What we collect

Only what you type into the inquiry form: your name and email address, plus anything else you choose to add, such as your company, phone number, what you need, the standard and voltage you test to, and the details of your request. Nothing else on this site collects information about you.

Who we share it with

If your inquiry asks for a quote, pricing or supply, we may pass what you submitted to a small number of manufacturers, distributors and suppliers who can meet the request, so they can contact you directly with what they offer and what it costs. That is what the form is for.

We pass on only what you submitted, only to suppliers relevant to that inquiry, and only for that inquiry. We do not sell your details, we do not put you on a marketing list, and we do not use your information for anything else afterward.

If you would rather your inquiry not go to suppliers, say so in your message and we will handle it ourselves.

Legal basis

For inquirers in the UK or EU, we rely on legitimate interests: you asked to be put in touch with suppliers of ESD simulators and related test equipment, and passing your request to companies that can supply them is what you asked us to do. You can object at any time by replying to us.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to follow up, and delete them when you ask.

Your rights and how to reach us

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to it being shared. Send your request through the inquiry form, marked for the site owner, and we will act on it.
